Return Policy

RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number

All returns must have an RGA number clearly written on the package.  Packages that do not have the RGA number on them will NOT be accepted. 

Please email sales@popuphitch.com or call 620-431-9196 to obtain RGA#.  If you purchased your product from a dealer you will need to go back through your dealer for a return request and for any credit you may receive. All returns must be approved. Any and all returns are subject to inspection.

All returns must have serial numbers (where available) submitted with RGA request.

An RGA request must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and meet the criteria outlined in our return policy. Returns initiated beyond the 30-day window will not be accepted.

NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS OR USED PRODUCT

Restocking Fee

There will be a minimum 15% restocking fee on all products returned for reasons other than factory defects or incorrect item shipped by mistake on the part of PopUp Towing Products. All fees are subject to inspection of part.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for all shipping costs plus insurance as well as any interception and/or stop shipment charges by UPS or any other carriers.
